The Institute of People Management Malawi (IPMM) is a non-profit making, professional membership body representing Human Resources Management fraternity in Malawi. The organisation exists to promote professionalism in Human Resources Management through capacity building initiatives, professional networking, and promotion of integrity through enforcement of codes of professional conduct in management of human capital in organisations. Through its membership with African Federation of Human Resource Management (AFHRMA), IPMM is also affiliated to the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA).
